Abstract

MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA ANÁLISE ONLINE POR ESPECTROS-COPIA INDUZIDA POR LASER A presente invenção se refere a um módulo de apresentação (21) que é proporcionado para apresentação de uma amostra de fluido para uma análise de espectrosopia de degradação induzida por laser [Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS)]. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o módulo de apresentação (21) compreende uma entrada (22, 27) para admissão de um fluxo de amostra de fluido (25) a partir de um fluxo de processo, uma abertura de mensura-ção para cooperação com óptica de mensuração (31, 32, 33, 34), e uma superfície estabilizadora (26) voltando-se em direção da abertura de men-suração. A superfície estabilizadora (26) é adaptada para formar um fluxo de amostra estabiliza da ao longo da superfície estabilizadora (26) de maneira tal que a profundidade e a superfície exterior do fluxo de amostra de fluido (25) são estabilizadas, e a flutuação de superfície e a variação de profundidade do fluxo de pasta fluida de amostra estabilizada são reduzi-das. Na medida em que pulsos de laser (29) são focalizados sobre a super-fície exterior do fluxo de amostra planar (25) para transformar pelo menos uma parte da amostra para um estado de um plasma, a precisão e a repeti-bilidade da mensuração de LIBS são significativamente aperfeiçoadas devido para o fato do fluxo de amostra estabilizada.
