Abstract
a invenção se refere a uma composição acrílica líquida de múltiplas partes endurecível. a composição compreende uma primeira parte líquida estável de armazenamento, uma segunda parte líquida estável de armazenamento e, opcionalmente, uma terceira ou partes líquidas adicionais. as partes são operáveis para formar um cimento que endurece para um sólido após a mistura das partes juntas. a composição compreende um componente de monômero acrílico, um componente iniciador, partículas de polímero acrílico e uma carga de radiopacidade. o componente iniciador está presente em uma quantidade eficaz para polimerizar o componente de monômero acrílico após ser misturado e/ou ativado no mesmo. pelo menos um pouco da carga de radiopacidade é encapsulada dentro e/ou adsorvida nas partículas de polímero acrílico em uma parte líquida. a invenção se estende para pelo menos uma seringa de cilindro gêmeo ou uma pistola de calafetação acomodando a composição de múltiplas partes, um método para produzir a composição de múltiplas partes, uma composição para uso como composição de cimento ósseo ou em reparos dentais, uma composição líquida compreendendo uma primeira subpopulação de partículas de polímero acrílico polimerizadas de emulsão ou não emulsão e carga de radiopacidade encapsulada e/ou adsorvida na primeira subpopulação de partículas de polímero acrílico e composições de cimento ósseo ou composições dentais.
