Abstract

APARELHO DE EMBALAGEM QUE COMPREENDE ATUADOR E MÉTODO PARA OPERAR APARELHO DE EMBALAGEM. Trata-se de um aparelho de embalagem e um método para operar o aparelho. O aparelho compreende uma estrutura de sustentação, uma estação de embalagem que tem uma primeira ferramenta, uma segunda ferramenta e um ou mais atuadores, operacionalmente acoplados a pelo menos uma dentre a primeira ferramenta e a segunda ferramenta, para modificar uma posição da segunda ferramenta em relação à primeira ferramenta; e uma unidade de controle operacionalmente acoplada ao um ou mais atuadores, em que os um ou mais atuadores têm uma primeira configuração, em que a primeira ferramenta e a segunda ferramenta são espaçadas uma em relação à outra por uma primeira distância, uma segunda configuração, em que a primeira ferramenta e a segunda ferramenta são espaçadas uma em relação à outra por uma segunda distância e uma terceira configuração, em que a primeira ferramenta e a segunda ferramenta espaçadas uma em relação à outra por uma terceira distância e em que a unidade de controle é configurada para operar em uma primeira modalidade, em que a unidade de controle é configurada para mover os um ou mais atuadores da primeira configuração para a segunda configuração, para manter os um ou mais atuadores na segunda configuração durante um primeiro intervalo de tempo e para mover os um ou mais atuadores da segunda configuração para a primeira configuração.
