Abstract
Se proporcionan un aparato de embalaje y un método para operar el aparato. El aparato comprende un bastidor de soporte, una estación de embalaje que tiene una primera herramienta, una segunda herramienta, y uno o más accionadores, acoplados de manera operativa a al menos una de la primera herramienta y la segunda herramienta, para modificar una posición de la segunda herramienta con respecto a la primera herramienta; y una unidad de control acoplada de manera operativa a uno o más accionadores, en donde uno o más accionadores tienen una primera configuración, en la cual la primera herramienta y la segunda herramienta se separan entre sí por una primera distancia, una segunda configuración, en la cual la primera herramienta y la segunda herramienta se separan entre sí por una segunda distancia, y una tercera configuración, en la cual la primera herramienta y la segunda herramienta se separan entre sí por una tercera distancia, y en donde la unidad de control se configura para operar en una primera modalidad, en donde la unidad de control se configura para mover uno o más accionadores desde la primera configuración hasta la segunda configuración, para mantener uno o más accionadores en la segunda configuración durante un primer intervalo de tiempo, y para mover uno o más accionadores desde la segunda configuración hacia la primera configuración.
