1/1 resumo “conexão mecânica para seções de perfis, com berços compreendendo múltiplas camadas de materiais” a invenção diz respeito a uma parte de conexão mecânica estacionária (1), destinada a conectar mecanicamente e fixamente uma primeira seção de perfil (2a) e uma segunda seção de perfil (2b), que compreende um primeiro berço (5a), um segundo berço (5b), uma conexão estacionária (19) entre os berços (5), em que a dita parte é no geral rígida, é projetada de maneira tal que a primeira parede (6a) do primeiro berço (5a) e a segunda parede (6b) do segundo berço (5a) sejam mistas e compreende, empilhadas de maneira a formar um todo rígido, uma porção da camada externa (10) com alta rigidez e alta resistência similares às de um aço rígido e de alta resistente, limitada em um lado por uma superfície livre e no outro lado por uma interface para conectar rigidamente em uma porção da camada interna (11); e a dita porção da camada interna (11), que é limitada em um lado por uma interface para conectar rigidamente na interface de conexão rígida (13) da camada externa (10) e no outro lado por uma superfície livre que forma a superfície de suporte do primeiro berço (5a) e o segundo berço (5b), feito de poliuretano termoplástico ou similar, com boa resistência e flexibilidade elástica, de maneira tal que, por meio de uma força de aplicação, a superfície livre da camada interna (11) da superfície inferior do berço (5) é intimamente encaixada com a superfície superior da seção do perfil, como uma ventosa, e assim participa na conexão estacionária da parte de conexão mecânica fixa (1) e da seção do perfil.
