Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE ABASTECIMENTO DE CATALISADOR QUANTITATIVO. Trata-se de um dispositivo de abastecimento de catalisador quantitativo que abastece uma quantidade predeterminada de pasta aquosa de catalisador através de uma porta de injeção formada através de um fundo de recipiente. O dispositivo de abastecimento de catalisador quantitativo inclui: um tubo de abastecimento extensível conectado a uma tremonha e preenchido com pasta aquosa de catalisador; um cabeçote conectado ao tubo de abastecimento e que abastece a pasta aquosa de catalisador à porta de injeção no fundo de recipiente; um cilindro conectado a um lado do tubo de abastecimento e que abastece uma quantidade predeterminada de pasta aquosa de catalisador através do cabeçote; e unidades de válvula dispostas em uma porção superior e uma porção inferior do tubo de abastecimento separadas do cilindro e abertas ou fechadas pela operação do cilindro.
