resumo patente de invenção: "método e dispositivo para correção de diafonia de intensidades medidas". a presente invenção refere-se um método para correção de diafonia de intensidades medidas em faixas de comprimento de onda de detecção mutuamente separadas. cada faixa de comprimento de onda de detecção se refere a uma das populações de sondas específicas de analitos contidas por uma amostra a ser analisada. cada população de sondas é capaz de emitir um primeiro componente de sinal e um segundo componente de sinal, cujos espectros apresentam máximos em diferentes comprimentos de onda, e pelo menos o primeiro componente de sinal é dependente da presença de analito detectável com essa população de sondas. as intensidades de diafonia corrigidas são computadas com base em: a) as intensidades medidas nas faixas de comprimento de onda de detecção; b) um valor indicativo da intensidade ocorrendo em uma faixa de comprimento de onda auxiliar, fora das faixas de comprimento de onda de detecção, e provocada, pelo menos parcialmente, pelos segundos componentes de sinais; e c) parâmetros de diafonia predeterminados. por exemplo, em conjunto com os ensaios baseados em fret, a dependência de um sinal de fundo no percentual de sondas hibridizadas pode ser considerada na correção de diafonia.
