resumo "método e aparelho para monitoramento bacteriano" a presente invenção se refere a sistema para detectar elementos alvo tais como bactérias no analito hospedeiro, compreendendo um substancialmente com um arranjo ordenado de depósitos possuindo diâmetros para encaixar o tamanho dos ditos alvos. o substrato pode ser uma estrutura de arranjo macro poroso periódico (mpsias) iluminada com uma fonte de banda larga. o espectro de luz refletida difratada do substancialmente é analisado opticamente para fornecer a profundidade óptica efetiva dos depósitos. a análise de transformada fourier rápida pode ser usada para a análise óptica. a entrada de elementos alvo nos depósitos é detectada pela mudança nas profundidades ópticas efetivas dos depósitos. micro-organismos tão grandes quanto bactérias e vírus que possuem dimensões comparáveis com o comprimento de onda da iluminação põem, portanto, ser detectados. os depósitos com uma seção interna impenetrável por células alvo possibilitam compensação para mudanças ambientais. pode ser alcançada em tempo real a detecção pode ser realizada em tempo real, tal como monitoramento bacteriano de linha de produção.
