Abstract
pá de rotor para uma turbomáquina e método para depositar material antidesgaste. a invenção refere-se a uma pá de rotor de uma turbo máquina. a invenção também se refere a um método para depositar material antidesgaste em uma pá de rotor da turbomáquina. a pá de rotor para uma turbomáquina, tem em sua extremidade distal (103) um talão (105) que inclui: uma plataforma (2) que tem uma primeira borda (201) no lado inferior e uma segunda borda (202) no lado superior, pelo menos um rebordo deve dação (3, 4) que tem uma primeira porção de extremidade (301) no lado inferior e uma segunda porção de extremidade (302) no lado superior, em que o dito rebordo de vedação (3, 4) tem um topo de rebordo de vedação que se estende radialmente para fora a partir da dita plataforma (2) entre as ditas primeira e segunda porções (301, 302), para pelo menos um rebordo de vedação (3, 4) o talão (105) inclui, em uma das bordas (201, 202), pelo menos uma porção que forma um copo(5) que se estende ao longo da porção de extremidade (301, 302) do rebordo de vedação (3, 4) que corresponde à borda (201, 202), em que a porção que forma um copo (5) é projetada para receber um depósito de um material antidesgaste (7), e em que inclui uma camada de material antidesgaste (7) depositado por carregamento com uma liga fundida em cada copo formado dessa forma.
