Abstract

resumo processo para preparação de ácido formilvalérico e ácido adípico a invenção está relacionada a um processo para produção de ácido 5-formilvalérico e ácido adípico ou seus ésteres a partir de uma mistura isomérica de ácido pentenóico ou seus ésteres, com a citada mistura compreendendo no mínimo ácido 4-pentenóico ou seus ésteres, e também compreendendo ácido 3-pentenóico e/ou 2-pentenóico ou seus ésteres, com o processo compreendendo: (a) submissão da mistura isomérica do ácido pentenóico a uma reação de hidroformilação compreendendo um catalisador não isomerizante através do ácido pentenóico ou seus ésteres para obter uma mistura compreendendo ácido 5-formilvalérico ou seus ésteres, e também compreendendo ácido 3-pentenóico e/ou ácido 2-pentenóico ou seus ésteres; (b) separação do ácido 3-pentenóico e/ou ácido 2-pentenóico ou seus ésteres do ácido 5-formilvalérico ou seus ésteres; (c) submissão dos ácidos pentenóicos separados ou seus ésteres a uma reação de carbonilação compreendendo um catalisador isomerizante para obtenção do ácido adípico ou seus ésteres; (d) isolamento opcional do ácido adípico ou seu éster; e (e) isolamento opcional do ácido 5-formilvalérico separado ou seus ésteres. o processo permite uma produção eficiente de dois intermediários diferentes para produção de poliamida utilizando um processo único, com boa seletividade, pouco descarte, de uma forma economicamente eficiente. o processo é adequado para utilizar uma mistura de ácido pentenóico isomérico obtido da valerolactona e pode ser utilizado para produzir intermediários renováveis da poliamida utilizando um processo simples.
