resumo patente de invenção: "método para soldagem a laser topo a topo de uma ou várias peças a trabalhar, de metal temperável, com o uso de um arame adicional". o presente pedido de patente refere-se a um método para soldagem a laser de uma ou várias peças a serem trabalhadas (1,2) de aço temperável por compressão, especialmente aço manganês-boro, no processo de junta topo a topo, no qual a peça a ser trabalhada ou as peças a serem trabalhadas (1,2) apresenta uma espessura mínima de (1,8 mm) e/ou na junta topo a topo (3) é formado um salto de espessura (d) no mínimo de (0,4 mm) e no qual a soldagem a laser significa mediante introdução de arame adicional (10) no banho de fusão (8) produzido com um raio laser (6). para assegurar que na deformação a quente (têmpera por compressão) a costura da solda permite ser temperada em uma estrutura martensitica, este pedido de patente prever que o arame adicional (10) contenha pelo menos um elemento de liga do grupo manganês, cromo, molibdênio, cilicio e/ou níquel que favorece a formação de austenita no banho de fusão (8), produzido pelo raio laser (6), sendo que pelo menos este elemento de liga está presente com uma parcela de massa maior pelo menos em 0,1% em peso no arame adicional (10) do que no aço temperável por compressão da peça ou das peças a serem trabalhadas (1,2).
