resumo patente de invenção: "sistema de processamento de amostras automatizado". a presente invenção refere-se ao método que compreende o recebimento de dados de instruções referentes a uma amostra em um recipiente para amostras. o método inclui a geração, por ao menos um processador usando uma camada de gerenciamento de fluxo de trabalho, de um plano de processo para a amostra, e o fornecimento do plano de processo para uma camada de controle de processo. o plano de processo compreende uma pluralidade de rotas possíveis. o método compreende também a seleção, pelo ao menos um processador usando a camada de controle de processo, de uma rota otimizada dentre a pluralidade de rotas possíveis no plano de processo e a transmissão da rota otimizada à camada de controle intermediária. o ao menos um processador e a camada de controle intermediária podem ser operados para fazer com que o sistema de transporte siga a rota selecionada.
