Abstract
resumo difusor de luz ótica e método para a medição da mesma a invenção diz respeito a difusores de luz ótica para utilização com fontes de luz pontuais, tais como iluminação led. os difusores óticos alcançam o equilíbrio ideal de transmissão de luz e o poder de cobertura. o difusor de luz ótico é uma matriz de plástico transparente, tal como resina plexiglas® da arkema inc., tendo as partículas orgânicas dispersas dentro da matriz. as partículas são grânulos reticulados com tamanhos de partículas e carga específicas. diferentes grânulos podem ser combinados para proporcionar propriedades adicionais, tais como uma superfície texturada, e para otimizar a potência de cobertura e transmissão da luz. a invenção também diz respeito a um dispositivo luminoso contendo pelo menos um díodo emissor de luz e uma cobertura composta pelo difusor de luz ótico. a invenção diz ainda respeito a um método para avaliar o poder de cobertura.
