Abstract
resumo método para preparar uma dispersão de poliuretano aquoso, dispersão de poliuretano aquoso e composição de revestimento a presente invenção provê um método para preparar uma dispersão de poliuretano aquoso compreendendo um polímero de poliuretano, onde o método compreende as etapas de (a) preparar um pré-polímero a partir de uma mistura de reação compreendendo (1) pelo menos um composto de poliisocianato; (2) pelo menos um poliol; e (3) íons de pelo menos um metal alcalino ou metal alcalino terroso, seguido pelas etapas de (b) contatar o pré-polímero com um agente extensor de cadeia para formar o polímero de poliuretano. a presente invenção provê adicionalmente uma dispersão de poliuretano aquoso compreendendo e 30% a 40% em peso de sólidos que compreendem o polímero de poliuretano e sendo preparada pelo método acima mencionado. uma composição de revestimento tendo removabilidade melhorada e que compreende uma dispersão de poliuretano aquosa preparada de acordo com o método acima mencionado também é provida.
