resumo processo para otimizar remoção de componentes condensáveis de um fluido um método para remover componentes condensáveis de um fluido contendo componentes condensáveis. o método envolve otimizar a temperatura de uma corrente de alimentação inicial incluindo os componentes condensáveis através de troca de calor e resfriamento para condensar líquidos da mesma. os líquidos são removidos para formar uma corrente de gás que é, então, comprimida e depois resfriada para formar uma corrente de alta pressão. uma porção da corrente de alta pressão é expandida para formar uma corrente de baixa pressão resfriada a qual é misturada com a corrente de alimentação inicial para aumentar o resfriamento e a condensação de componentes condensáveis na corrente de alimentação inicial. o método é caracterizado em que, após misturar a corrente de baixa pressão resfriada com a corrente de alimentação inicial, a mistura formada é separada em uma corrente de líquido e uma corrente de gás. a corrente de líquido e a corrente de gás são contatadas com a corrente de alimentação inicial em um trocador de calor gás-líquido e em um trocador de calor gás-gás, respectivamente.
