Abstract

método para reparar um componente de turbomáquina trata-se de um método (1) para reparar um componente de turbomáquina (1) que compreende as etapas de: - configurar (50) uma máquina de revestimento a laser; - preparar (11) uma porção de um componente de turbomáquina a ser reparado removendo-se um volume danificado do componente; - girar o componente de turbomáquina em relação à máquina de revestimento a laser; - reconstruir (12) o volume danificado por revestimento a laser a fim de obter um volume reconstruído no componente danificado; - aplicar um tratamento térmico (13) ao volume reconstruído do componente de turbomáquina; - acabar (14) uma superfície do volume reconstruído; - testar de modo não destrutivo (15) o volume reconstruído; em que a etapa de configurar (50) a máquina de revestimento a laser inclui algumas subetapas para definir os parâmetros para operar a dita fase de reconstrução.
