Abstract

ELEMENTO DE FUSÍVEL, MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM ELEMENTO DE FUSÍVEL E UTILIZAÇÃO DE UM ELEMENTO DE FUSÍVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de fusível (10) e a um método para fabricar o mesmo, em que o elemento de fusível (10) consiste em uma parte de resposta ativa que é formada de modo vantajoso por pelo menos quatro subtiras de metal (9) de uma lâmina de metal de fusível alongada com pelo menos respectivamente duas subtiras de metal que são paralelas que são fornecidas por pelo menos duas reentrâncias alongadas dentro de uma ou duas tiras de metal de fusível alongadas com autossustentação, com as pelo menos duas reentrâncias fornecidas em alinhamento em série ao longo da respectiva tira de metal de fusível, incluindo partes anteriores e posteriores para conexão elétrica de cada elemento de fusível (10), em que a lâmina de metal de fusível alongada pode ser reforçada por uma camada de base dielétrica alongada produzida a partir de material de polímero. Em conformidade, o desempenho de tal elemento de fusível (10) pode ser aumentado e os custos de fabricação podem ser diminuídos. A invenção pode ser especialmente aplicada a uma pluralidade de subunidades de capacitor que são integradas em alojamentos e submersas em um líquido de resfriamento e de isolamento dentro do alojamento.
