Abstract
APARELHO DE EJEÇÃO DE GOTÍCULA E MÉTODO PARA DEPOSIÇÃO DE GOTÍCULAS DE FLUIDO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para a ejeção de gotícula, tal como um cabeçote de impressão à jato de tinta possuindo produtividade melhorada que inclui: um arranjo de câmaras de fluido alongadas (2), com cada câmara comunicando-se com um bocal (6), o arranjo estendendo-se em uma direção do arranjo; um coletor de entrada de fluido comum (4); um coletor de saída de fluido comum (5); e uma fonte de fluido que gera um fluxo contínuo de fluido do coletor de entrada de fluido comum, através de cada câmara no arranjo e para dentro do coletor de saída de fluido comum; as duas paredes que definem cada câmara são formadas de material piezoelétrico de forma a efetuar a ejeção da gotícula do bocal; esse fluxo de ejeção ocorre simultaneamente ao fluxo contínuo, o qual pode possuir um valor maior que o valor máximo do fluxo de ejeção; cada bocal pode ser alongado de forma paralela ao comprimento dessa câmara e/ou pode possuir uma saída com uma área conferindo vantagens em termos de produtividade e controle de temperatura.DROPTLE EJECTION APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DEPOSITION OF FLUID DROPS. The present invention relates to an apparatus for ejecting a droplet, such as an inkjet printhead, having improved productivity which includes: an arrangement of elongated fluid chambers (2), with each chamber communicating with a nozzle (6), the array extending in one direction from the array; a common fluid inlet manifold (4); a common fluid outlet manifold (5); and a fluid source generating a continuous flow of fluid from the common fluid inlet manifold, through each chamber in the arrangement and into the common fluid outlet manifold; the two walls that define each chamber are formed of piezoelectric material in order to effect the ejection of the droplet from the nozzle; this ejection flow occurs simultaneously with the continuous flow, which may have a value greater than the maximum value of the ejection flow; each nozzle can be elongated parallel to the length of this chamber and/or can have an outlet with an area giving advantages in terms of productivity and temperature control.
