resumo da patente de invenção para: processo para obtenção e detecção de um marcador de objetos a serem identificados, o marcador, método para autenticação e método para verificação. procedimento para obtenção de um marcador de objetos a ser identificado, compreendendo pelo menos um fragmento de dna polimórfico e preferivelmente uma pluralidade de fragmentos de dna polimórficos, como microssatélites ou polimorfismo de única base, modificado em sua estrutura tridimensional, adsorvido em nanopartículas metálicas e micro encapsulados, que são ativos para raman radiação. o marcador mencionado também é protegido; bem como o método de detecção do marcador; o método para autenticar instantaneamente os objetos marcados e o método para verificar os objetos marcados com o dito marcador e do método para incorporar o dito marcador ao objeto desejado a ser identificado.
