resumo patente de invenção: "carcaça de tubo para controlar vibração induzida por fluxo em tubo ascendente". a presente invenção refere-se a uma carcaça de tubo flexível que compreende uma estrutura de parede tubular flexível que compreende uma tira de parede enrolada helicoidal; em que seções de bloqueio (57) de enrolamentos sucessivos da dita tira de parede formam a estrutura da parede. as seções de bloqueio (57) de tiras de parede adjacentes definem um comprimento e são móveis com respeito umas às outras entre uma primeira posição e uma segunda posição estendida para alterar o dito comprimento, em que as seções de bloqueio (57) são formadas de maneira tal que, na posição estendida, uma abertura da carcaça (53) é formada entre as seções de bloqueio (57) adjacentes para acomodar o movimento relativo entre as mesmas com a flexão da estrutura da parede. um perfil de inserção (50) é localizado na abertura da carcaça (53) da estrutura de parede tubular em um interior da estrutura da parede para cobrir pelo menos em parte a abertura da carcaça (53).
