resumo patente de invenção: "processo de fabricação por moldagem de uma espuma em liga de alumínio". a presente invenção tem por objetivo um processo de fabricação de uma espuma em liga de alumínio, consistindo essencialmente na infiltração pela liga de alumínio líquido dos interstícios de uma pré-forma constituída de elementos em elastômero de silicone, por um processo de moldagem convencional, tipicamente do tipo "baixa-pressão", seguida pela eliminação da pré-forma decomposta, quando do ciclo de moldagem e/ou de estufamento complementar, em pós de sílica.
