Abstract
ESTRUTURA DE VENTANEIRA DE UM ALTO-FORNO. A presente invenção diz respeito a uma estrutura de ventaneira em um alto-forno, a qual evita o vazamento de gás e mantém uma posição de uma extremidade de uma ventaneira e uma posição predeterminada em um corpo de forno enquanto absorve uma diferença em deformação térmica entre o corpo de forno e uma tubulação de agitação. A estrutura de ventaneira (20) em um alto-forno inclui: um tubo de respiro (31) fixo a uma armação de forno (21 ); uma ventaneira (32) fixa a uma extremidade do tubo de respiro (31); e uma junta flexível (34) que conecta o tubo de respiro 31 a um segmento de estocamento da ventaneira (33). Um stave-cooler (revestimento interno) de ventaneira (23) é provido no interior da armação de forno (21) em torno da ventaneira (32) para formar uma superfície interna do alto-forno.
