Abstract
resumo processo e dispositivo para converter dióxido de carbono contido em gás de combustão em gás natural pelo uso de energia excedente processo no campo da tecnologia para conversão de energia de gases de combustão industrial para converter o dióxido de carbono presente em gás de combustão em gás natural pelo uso da energia excedente. o processo usa a energia excedente para eletrolisar água para gerar gás hidrogênio; o gás hidrogênio e dióxido de carbono capturado a partir do gás de combustão industrial são submetidos a uma reação de metanação; o calor gerado a partir da reação de metanação é usado para aquecer água para gerar vapor de água superaquecido para acionar um turbogerador de vapor para gerar energia para complementar a energia para eletrolisação de água, e assim o gás natural é obtido por sintetização. equipamentos utilizados em gás natural sintetizado são ainda fornecidos. o equipamento é formado principalmente pela combinação de um dispositivo de transformação e retificação (1), um banho eletrolítico (2), um turbogerador de vapor (4), um aquecedor de dióxido de carbono (21), pelo menos dois estágios de reatores de leito fixo (11, 13), vários trocadores de calor indiretos, um tambor de vapor (12), um condensador de gás natural (8) e uma tubulação de água de processo (3). 1/1
