Abstract

ESTAÇÃO DE PÓS-MOLDAGEM, SISTEMA DE PRODUÇÃO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE PÁS DE TURBINAS EÓLICAS E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA PÁ DE TURBINA EÓLICA. Uma estação de pós-moldagem é descrita a qual é utilizada na fabricação de uma pá de turbina eólica. Um casco de pá que faz parte de uma pá de turbina eólica é inicialmente moldado num molde de pá, o casco de pá subsequentemente transferido para uma estação de pós-moldagem, que permite a várias operações de pós-moldagem serem realizadas no casco de pá distante do molde, aumentando assim a produtividade do molde de pá no processo de fabricação. A estação de pós-moldagem pode ser operada para realizar o fechamento do primeiro e segundo cascos de pá para formar uma pá de turbina eólica, e pode ser formada a partir de uma estrutura ajustável que pode proporcionar um acesso relativamente fácil ao casco de pá contido para trabalhar neles. Por conseguinte, o equipamento de fabricação pode ser de custo reduzido, combinado com um aumento da produtividade total do sistema de produção.
