Abstract

SISTEMA E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA PÁ DE TURBINA EÓLICA. Um método de fabricação de uma pá de turbina eólica é descrito que utiliza uma estação de pós-moldagem no processo de fabricação. Um casco de pá que faz parte de uma pá de turbina eólica é inicialmente moldado num molde de pá, o casco de pá subsequentemente transferido para uma estação de pós-moldagem, que permite várias operações de pós-moldagem a serem realizadas no casco de pá a distância do molde, aumentando assim a produtividade do molde de pá no processo de fabricação. A estação de pós-moldagem pode ser perada para realizar o fechamento do primeiro e segundo cascos de pá para formar uma pá de turbina eólica, e pode ser formada a partir de uma estrutura ajustável que pode proporcionar um acesso relativamente fácil ao casco de pá contido para trabalhar nele. Por conseguinte, o equipamento de fabricação pode ser de custo reduzido, combinado com um aumento da produtividade total do sistema de produção.
