Abstract

OTIMIZAÇÃO DOS PONTOS DE APOIO DAS COLUNAS DE PÁS EM UM PROCESSO DE USINAGEM DESSAS PÁS. Processo de usinagem em um centro de usinagem tridimensional de uma pá (10) que compreende uma lâmina aerodinâmica (18), uma plataforma (12) sob as partes a montante e a jusante da qual são formados respectivamente suportes a montante e a jusante (12A, 12B) para uma camisa de estanqueidade (20), um pé de pá (16) e uma coluna (14) interposta entre essa plataforma e o pé de pá, processo no qual os suportes constituem também dois pontos de apoio (22A, 22B) para um sistema de posicionamento em 6 pontos da pá no centro de usinagem tridimensional.
