resumo “sistema de cálculo de desalinhamento” trata-se de um sistema de cálculo de desalinhamento que compreende um calculador de desalinhamento para calcular uma quantidade de desalinhamento que ocorre na soldagem de topo de porções de extremidade de um primeiro tubo de aço e de um segundo tubo de aço, com o uso de dados de perfil medidos em uma direção circunferencial na porção de extremidade do primeiro tubo de aço ao pré-configurar um ponto de referência de primeiro ângulo, e dados de perfil medidos em uma direção circunferencial na porção de extremidade do segundo tubo de aço ao pré-configurar um ponto de referência de segundo ângulo, em que o calculador de desalinhamento calcula a quantidade de desalinhamento em um estado em que um ângulo formado entre o ponto de referência de primeiro ângulo e o ponto de referência de segundo ângulo é ajustado a um ângulo de entrada, e no qual o centro dos dados de perfil que mostram uma geometria de superfície externa em uma porção de extremidade do primeiro tubo de aço é alinhado com o centro dos dados de perfil que mostram uma geometria de superfície externa em uma porção de extremidade do segundo tubo de aço, de forma que um desalinhamento que ocorre ao executar soldagem de topo possa ser quantificado e avaliado. 1/1
