resumo patente de invenção: "sachê flexível dotado de um formato triangular". a presente invenção refere-se a sachê 1 dotado de formato triangular compreendendo espaço interior 6 fechado por folha de material bruto flexível, folha sendo dobrada sobre si mesma para formar camada frontal 2 e camada traseira 3 do sachê. a camada frontal 2 e a camada traseira 3 são unidas pela vedação 4 localizada ao longo de duas bordas 5 do sachê 1 para definir o espaço interior 6. o sachê 1 compreende meios 7 para começar a abertura do sachê 1, como tira para rasgar 11 disposta entre a camada frontal 2 e a camada traseira 3 do sachê 1 em proximidade, correndo pelo menos parcialmente ao longo da vedação 4 em uma das duas bordas 5 unidas pela vedação 4. o formato do sachê 1 e a disposição da tira para rasgar 11 são para que o sachê 1 obtenha formato tipo cone depois da abertura sendo fácil tanto segurar com a mão como alcançar para retirar o conteúdo do sachê 1. a invenção refere-se, adicionalmente, a um método de fabricar tal sachê 1. o sachê 1 pode, por exemplo, ser fabricado em uma cadeia de sachês.
