Abstract
resumo aplicador para aspersão de materiais elastoméricos um aplicador para aspersão de um material elastomérico compreende um corpo de aplicador que tem um orifício interno e uma entrada de fluido para recebimento de um suprimento do material elastomérico. um bocal é acoplado ao corpo de aplicador e tem uma extremidade de descarga com uma saída de aspersão em comunicação de fluido com a entrada de fluido através de uma passagem de fluido. uma válvula de agulha é montada de forma deslizante no orifício interno para movimento entre uma posição fechada para fechamento da passagem de fluido, e uma posição aberta para abertura da passagem de fluido, de modo a aspergir o material elastomérico. um tampão de ar é acoplado ao corpo de aplicador adjacente ao bocal para a provisão de um fluxo de ar de atomização e um fluxo de ar de controle de ventilador. a válvula de agulha tem uma porção de ponta conformada para se estender através do bocal, de modo a se alinhar substancialmente com a extremidade de descarga do bocal, quando a válvula de agulha estiver na posição fechada.
