resumo processos para a conversão de biomassa em composto orgânico oxigenado, equipamentos para os mesmos, e composições assim produzidas processos são descritos para a conversão de biomassa em composto orgânico oxigenado, utilizando uma operação de limpeza simplificada do gás de síntese, que é de baixo custo, e protege a operação de fermentação. os processos da presente invenção tratam o gás de síntese bruto a partir do gaseificador, por oxidação parcial não-catalítica. a oxidação parcial reduz o teor de hidrocarboneto do gás de síntese, tal como metano, etileno e acetileno, para fornecer alimentações de gás vantajosas para fermentações anaeróbias, para produzir compostos orgânicos oxigenados tais como etanol, propanol e butanol. além disso, a oxidação parcial facilita qualquer limpeza adicional do gás de síntese, que possa ser necessário para a fermentação anaeróbia. processos de produção de gases e de oxidação parcial são também divulgados. 1/1
