Abstract

resumo processo para a produção de pós de dispersão a invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de pós dispersáveis por dispersões aquosas de polímeros por secagem por pulverização e adicionando-se agente antibloqueio, caracterizado por os agentes antibloqueio presentes na forma de aglomerado e com um tamanho de partícula de 10 µm a 250 µm, ou possuindo um tamanho de partícula de 5 mm a 5 cm, no caso de aglomerados na forma de extrudados, são alimentados no todo ou em parte por um gás de transporte para o dispositivo de secagem por pulverização e são fragmentadas até um tamanho de partícula de 0,01 µm a 5 µm, ou, no caso de extrudados, para um tamanho de partícula de 2 µm e 60 µm.
