Abstract
SISTEMA DE SOLDAGEM COM VELOCIDADE DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DE ARAME CONTROLADA DURANTE A INICIAÇÃO DE ARCO E MÉTODO DE SOLDAGEM CORRESPONDENTE. Um sistema de soldagem (10) inclui uma fonte de alimentação (100), um maçarico (70) conectado eletricamente à dita fonte de alimentação (100), um alimentador de arame (30) que fornece um consumível de soldagem (50) para o maçarico (70), um controlador (120) que se comunica com um motor (30) associado ao alimentador de arame e à fonte de alimentação (100). O controlador (120) obtém uma velocidade de alimentação de arame do dito motor (30) conforme o mesmo acelera de uma velocidade de avanço inicial para uma velocidade predefinida e controla a potência alimentada ao maçarico (70) com base nessa velocidade de alimentação de arame para reduzir fragmentação ou respingos durante a iniciação de arco.
