Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "próteses com articulação giratória dotadas de uma bucha de mancal reforçada". a presente invenção refere-se a uma prótese com articulação que compreende um componente distal (1) para ancoragem a um primeiro osso, um componente proximal (2) para ancoragem a um segundo osso e uma peça de acoplamento (3) que, junto ao primeiro componente (1), forma um mancal de flexão ao redor de um primeiro eixo geométrico (34) e, junto ao segundo elemento (2), forma um mancal giratório formado pelo pino (31) e a bucha de mancal (32) ao redor de um segundo eixo geométrico transversalmente orientado em relação ao primeiro eixo geométrico (34). o mancal giratório compreende um inserto de mancal multicamada (4), dotado de uma luva deslizante (41) que circunda o pino (31) e uma luva de suporte (42) por meio de um elemento de preensão (5), em que o elemento de preensão (5) compreende uma unidade de atuação (52) no interior da luva de suporte (42) e pode ser conectado à peça de acoplamento (3) de modo a garantir resistência à tração por meio de dois orifícios alinhados (47, 38) na luva de suporte (42) e na peça de acoplamento (3).
