Abstract
resumo processo para a produção contínua de borracha de butila halogenada e aparelho para a produção de um cimento de borracha de butila a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de borracha de butila halogenada e um aparelho para a produção de cimento de borracha para uso na produção de borracha de butila halogenada. o processo e o aparelho permitem a mistura direta de pasta fluida de borracha aquosa com um solvente orgânico não halogenado para fazer uma solução de cimento de borracha. a camada de água é separada, então, do cimento de borracha parcialmente dissolvido e a fase de cimento é enviada para halogenação. o aparelho é um recipiente fechado que compreende pelo menos uma zona de dissolução e pelo menos uma zona separadora. o processo e o aparelho empregam vantajosamente a reciclagem de cimento de borracha a fim de desfazer uma camada de interface que se forma entre a água e o cimento de borracha para melhorar, dessa forma, a operação contínua do processo.
