Abstract
método de atenuação de autofagia de planta em plantas cultivadas sob condição ambiental de alto estresse, método de produção, método de cultivo de plantas, composição para atenuar estresse ambiental em plantas cultivadas e composição para diminuir estresse ambiental em plantas cultivadas a invenção diz respeito a uma composição e a um método para atenuar a autofagia de planta e/ou a apoptose de plantas recentemente desenvolvidas em plantas cultivadas sob condições de crescimento de estresse ambiental, tal como alta temperatura. descobriu-se que a aplicação exógena de uma citocinina, preferencialmente cinetina, ou às raízes ou à folhagem (isto é, flores e folhas) de plantas, supera ou pelo menos atenua substancialmente a autofagia quando aplicada durante ou imediatamente antes da floração. resultados experimentais indicam que a autofagia induzida por alta temperatura e subsequente nova apoptose de célula são o resultado de uma deficiência de citocinina nos tecidos vegetais. a aplicação de baixas concentrações de potássio juntamente com a citocinina parece prove um efeito sinergético ao ampliar o efeito da citocinina a fim de diminuir a autofagia e aumentar a produtividade do plantio.
