Abstract

terminal de conexão de um conduto tubular flexível e método de montagem de um terminal de conexão a presente invenção refere-se a um terminal de conexão (10) de um conduto tubular (1) para o transporte de um fluido num meio marinho. refere-se, mais particularmente, a um conduto flexível do tipo não ligado ("unbonded" em inglês) utilizada para a exploração marítima de depósitos de petróleo e gás. a invenção refere-se, igualmente, a um método de montagem desse terminal de conexão (10) a uma extremidade de um conduto tubular flexível (1) do tipo não ligado. o terminal de conexão (10) de um conduto tubular flexível (1), para o transporte de um fluido em meio marinho, sendo o referido conduto (1) do tipo não ligado e compreendendo, uma bainha (3) de pressão interna e, pelo menos, uma camada de armaduras de tração (5,6), enroladas com um passo longo em torno da bainha de pressão (3) e compreendendo, cada uma, uma borda dianteira (22) sobre uma parte afastada (20) a partir de um ponto de separação (21) da referida bainha de pressão (3), o referido terminal (10) compreendendo uma cúpula de extremidade (11) e uma tampa cilíndrica (15) que prolonga esta cúpula (11) e forma uma vedação (16) sobre a bainha externa (7), a referida cúpula (11) e a referida tampa (15) formando uma câmara anelar (17) preenchida com um material de enchimento e na qual se estendem as partes afastadas (20) das armaduras (8), em que o terminal (10) compreende, igualmente, meios (30) de vedação e de engaste da bainha de pressão (3) dispostos entre as bordas dianteiras (24) das partes afastadas (20) das armaduras (8) e a cúpula de extremidade (11), depois da montagem deste terminal (10) no conduto (1) tubular flexível.
