Abstract
dispositivo cirúrgico para a correção da deformação da coluna vertebral o dispositivo compreende elementos tubulares (1) e hastes (4) e (5). cada elemento tubular (1) tem duas partes, cujas extremidades apresentam encaixes de acoplamento (1a1) e (1b1) das ditas partes entre elas e em relação à cabeça de um parafuso pediculado correspondente (2). as hastes são encaixadas nas partes vazadas (1e) e (1d) delimitadas pelas duas partes dos elementos tubulares com capacidade de deslocamento paralelo ao eixo dos elementos tubulares (1). o encaixe de uma das hastes (4) provoca o alinhamento dos elementos tubulares, correspondente à correção da coluna vertebral. a outra haste (5) age sobre um meio (7) de deslocamento de uma haste curva (3), previamente encaixada nas partes vazadas (1e) e (1d), em direção às cabeças (2), a haste (5) estando destinada a ser retirada depois acoplada ao lado externo dos elementos tubulares (1) para permitir a retirada da haste (4) e o encaixe, no interior de cada elemento tubular, de um órgão de manobra (11) de uma rosca (10) de fixação de haste curva (3) em cada uma das cabeças (2).
