Abstract
aparelhagem para a produção da solução de sacarídeo utilizando biomassa como matéria-prima de adução esta aparelhagem voltada para a produção de uma solução de açúcar fazendo uso da biomassa como matéria-prima de adução compreende: de um dispositivo para condução de processamento sob temperatura elevada de uma matéria-prima de adução como biomassa; de um mecanismo de resfriamento (90) voltado para o resfriamento de um líquido de biomassa apresentando um processamento sob temperatura elevada; um tanque de sacarificação de enzima (103) aonde o líquido resfriado (101b) consiste de um sacarídeo sob ação de enzimas. uma unidade de remoção de substâncias estranhas (113) provida com um dispositivo de separação de sólido-líquido (112) e uma membrana de microfiltragem (mf) (113a) destinada a remoção de substâncias insolúveis na água em uma solução de açúcar (104) extraída a partir do tanque de sacarificação de enzima (103); um tanque de diluição (132) disposto a jusante da unidade de remoção de substâncias estranhas (113), aonde a solução de açúcar, a partir de onde vieram a ser removidas as substâncias insolúveis em água, vem a ser diluída pela adição de água; uma unidade de separação de água (116) provida contendo uma membrana de osmose reversa (ro) (116a) para a remoção de água (114) da solução de açúcar diluída. vindo-se a obter uma solução de açúcar concentrada (115).
