Abstract

Hidrólise de lignocelulose eficiente com produção integrada de enzima a presente invenção fornece um processo para a degradação da biomassa lignocelulósica, que foi opcionalmente pré-tratada. A presente invenção baseia-se na descoberta de que a eficiência da hidrólise da biomassa é aumentada na presença de um micro-organismo tratado mecanicamente ou quimicamente capaz de produzir as respectivas enzimas hidrolíticas. Por conseguinte, a invenção provê um processo para a degradação de biomassa lignocelulósica com coquetéis de enzimas produzidas de forma integrada. A invenção também fornece um processo em que parte da biomassa lignocelulósica opcionalmente pré-tratada é incorporada ao meio de crescimento final do fungo.
