Abstract
bandeja de contato e método de emprego da mesma. trata-se de uma bandeja de contato dotada de um deck de bandeja e paredes de divisão que formam agrupamentos de uma ou mais câmaras e uma ou mais entradas de abaixador distribuídas por todo o deck de bandeja. as câmaras têm paredes que circundam as aberturas de vapor no deck de bandeja que permitem a passagem superior de uma corrente de vapor nas câmaras. os abaixadores se estendem para baixo a partir da entrada do abaixador e são posicionados para entregar uma corrente de líquido no centro das câmaras posicionadas em um deck de bandeja de uma bandeja de contato subjacente. as aberturas de descarga são fornecidas nas paredes das câmaras para permitir que a corrente de líquido saia das câmaras. as paredes de divisão direcionam a corrente de líquido existente para as entradas de abaixador no mesmo agrupamento e previnem ou impedem que a corrente de líquido flua para um lado inferior do deck de bandeja.
