homólogo vegetal para proteína de autofagia p62. a presente invenção refere-se a molécula de dna recombinante, cassete de expressão, vetor de dna, plasmídeo binário, célula vegetal e um método de produção de polipeptídeo em organismo eucariótico e utilização dos mesmos. em mais detalhes, proporciona os meios, através do uso de métodos de engenharia genética, para a obtenção de plantas com vantajosas características de reprodução, particularmente com aumentada tolerância a estresses abióticos incluindo deficiência de mineirais ou plantas úteis para monitoramento do processo de autofagia.
