recipiente refechável e processo para fabricá-lo a partir de uma material em folha. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricar um recipiente refechável feito de papel extensível, processo esse que compreende inserir ao menos em parte um elemento de fechamento (5), feito de material de papel (papel extensível) e que possui uma parede de base (6) e uma parede lateral (7), em um compartimento de alojamento (4) no recipiente. a parede lateral (7) do elemento de fechamento (5) é inserida e disposta em uma região da parede lateral do recipiente (1). uma camada de vedação (204) acopla-se ao recipiente em uma posição sob o elemento de fechamento (5). também é incluida uma etapa de deformação simultânea da parede lateral (7), da chamada de vedação (204) e da região de parede do recipiente (1) para formar superfícies de acoplamento/desacoplamento entre o elemento de fechamento (5) e o recipiente (1).
