Abstract

processo para a preparação de suspensão de sais de cálcio e método para a incorporação de cálcio em bebidas alimentícias, nutracêuticas e farmacêuticas. a presente invenção está relacionada com um processo para a produção de suspensão aquosas de micro e nanopartículas de sais de cálcio com tamanhos inferiores a 10 micrômetros (109m) e com um método para o enriquecimento de bebidas alimentícias, nutracêuticas e farmacêuticas com sais de cálcio. no processo submete-se uma suspensão aquosa do sal de cálcio a pressurização com dióxido de carbono crítico, subcritico ou supercritico para incrementar a solubidade do sal de cálcio que apresenta tamanho de partícula superior a 30 <109>m. a solução resultante expande-se através de uma boquilha para gerar uma suspensão de micro e nanopartículas do sal de cálcio que se torna imperceptível à vista e ao sabor.
