Abstract

método para interconexão de módulos eletrônicos de potência de uma máquina elétrica rotativa e para montagem dos módulos de potência interconectados obtidos por esse método. a presente invenção diz respeito a um método de interconexão de módulos eletrônicos de potência de uma máquina elétrica rotativa polifástica. de acordo com esse método, os módulos de potências, compreendendo os substratos sobre os quais são implantados mosfets de uma ponte de retificação sincronizada e circuitos integrados de comando, são dispostos em cavidades abertas de um dissipador térmico. o método compreende a realização de um conector plano (6) que compreende pelo menos uma camada de traços condutores (64), uma pluralidade de elementos de interconexão (512), de acordo com diversas conformações geométricas, unidos por brasagem ou soldados por ultrassom (s2) diretamente aos substratos (51) e/ou mosfet, e aberturas (65) no conector plano (6) para permitir a passagem desimpedida das extremidades superiores (5120) dos elementos de conexão (512) e um contato mecânico com os traços condutores (64). as conexões elétricas são obtidas por soldagem a laser (8) por transparência (s~ 1~) ou por solda elétrica por resistência.
