resinais poliméricas tendo propriedades de barreira melhoradas e métodos para fazer as mesmas. uma resina polimérica tendo um componente com peso molecular mais baixo (lmw) e um componente com peso molecular mais alto (hmw) e a resina tendo uma densidade de cerca de 0,955 g/cc a cerca de 0,967 g/cc, um míndice de fusão de cerca de 0,5 dg/min a cerca de 4,0 dg/min e uma viscosidade de cisalhamento zero de cerca de 3,0 x 10~ 3~ pa-s a cerca de 4,0 x 10^ 4^ pa-s. um método compreendendo prover um sistema catalisador compreendendo pelo menos um complexo de metal de transição, um apoio ativador e um cocatalisador; colocar o sistema catalisador em contato com uma olefina sob condições adequadas para formar uma poliolefina , em que a poliolefina tem um componente hmw e um componente lmw; e recuperar a poliolefina, em que a polioleofina tem um índice de fusão de cerca de 0,5 dg/min a cerca de 4,0 dg/min e uam viscosidade de cisalhamento zero de 3,0 x 10^ 3^ pa-s cerca de 4,0 x 10^ 4^ pa-s.
