Abstract

conjunto de fechamento melhorado, com um acionamento multi-hastes, para a moldagem por injeção de material plástico. a presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de fechamento (10) do tipo com um acionamento multi-hastes para moldagem por injeção de material plástico (mp), compreendendo: uma pluralidade de hastes de fechamento (12-1,12-2) cada uma associada a um bico ou a uma unidade de injeção (11-1,11-2) respectivos para a injeção de material plástico (mp) dentro de um molde (20), e uma placa de acionamento (13), comum à pluralidade de hastes de fechamento, em que a placa de acionamento (13) está adaptada para se deslocar entre uma posição aberta (p1) e uma posição fechada (p2), entre uma placa do fundo (14) e o molde (20), para contemporaneamente implusionar a pluralidade de hastes de fechamento (12-1,12-2) entre uma posição aberta (p1) e uma posição fechada (p2) correspondentes respectivamente para abrir e fechar um furo de injeção (18) da unidade de injeção (11-1,11-2) e em que são fornecidos meios de desconexão e de fixação (40,41) associados a cada haste de fechamento (12-1,12-2) para desconectá-la da placa de acionamento (13), independentemente de outras hastes de fechamento, e para fixá-la firmemente, uma vez desconectada em um lado (20a) do molde (20). vantajosamente, o conjunto de fechamento permite uma desconexão fácil de uma haste de fechamento (12-1), por exemplo, devido a defeitos ou depois de uma falha da mesma, da placa de acionamento (13), e ao mesmo tempo permite que outras hastes de fechamento (12-2), que permanecem conectadas à placa de acionamento (13), possam continuar a ser utilizadas e acionadas para injetar, através da respectiva unidade de injeção (11-2), o material plástico (mp) dentro do molde.
