Abstract

PRODUÇÃO DE CASSETE DE DNA LINEAR FUNCIONALIZADO E DISTRIBUIÇÃO MEDIADA POR PONTO QUÂNTICO/NANOPARTÍCULA EM PLANTAS. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para introdução de uma molécula de cassete de ácido nucleico linear funcionalizada de interesse em uma célula vegetal compreendendo uma parede celular que incluem o uso de nanopartículas. Em algumas modalidades, a célula compreendendo uma parede celular é uma célula vegetal cultivada. Os métodos incluem modificar geneticamente ou de outra maneira células vegetais e para tratamento ou prevenção de doença em qualquer planta, especialmente plantas de cultura. Plantas transgênicas incluem uma molécula de ácido nucleico de interesse produzida pela regeneração de plantas inteiras de células vegetais transformadas com moléculas de cassete de ácidos nucleicos lineares funcionalizadas.
