Abstract

recuperação de hidrogênio e nitrogênio de gás de purga de amônia. a presente invenção divulga uma instalação de amônia, em que gás de purga de amônia (20) é enviado para uma unidade de recuperação criogênica, dita unidade de recuperação criogênica compreendendo meios de resfriamento (102, 202, 302, 402, 502) e um separador de fase de alta pressão (103, 203, 402, 502) e um separador de fase de alta pressão (103, 203, 303, 403, 503), que opera na pressão do circuito; no interior da dita unidade, o gás de purga (20) é resfriado para uma temperatura criogênica e se obtém uma liquefação parcial de metano e argônio; o separador de fase de alta pressão separa a corrente resfriada em uma corrente gasosa e um líquido de fundo; a corrente gasosa é reaquecida em uma passagem de um trocador de calor; a unidade é então capaz de exportar uma corrente gasosa (123, 223, 323, 423, 523) contendo nitrogênio e hidrogênio na pressão do circuito, a qual pode ser novamente introduzida no lado da sucção do dispositivo circulador (4) do circuito.
