Abstract
" método de redução da fragmentação de dna em uma amostra de espermatozoides separados" a presente invenção se refere a um método e sistema para o processamento de amostras de células reprodutoras e a separação de espeermatozoides com níveis e ocorrências de fragmentação de dna reduzidos em comparação com os métodos de separação e processamento convencionais, e para o uso de amostras de células reprodutoras e de espermatozoides com baixos níveis de fragmentação de dna para aprimorar a viabilidade de amostras de inseminação, as taxas de fertilidade e de êxito em procedimentos de reprodução assistida, incluindo a inseminação artificial, a fertilização in vitro, a injeção intracitoplasmática, e outras técnicas relacionadas.
