processo de fabricação de um container flexível de grande capacidade e invólucro de proteção interna obtido durante este processo. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de um container flexível de grande capacidade, compreendendo uma etapa a) para a obtenção de um fole (bainha) tubular inflada, uma etapa b) de corte dos foles (bainhas) tubulares inflada dobrada, uma etapa c) de corte das zonas laterais de dobra da bainha (fole) inflada dobrada,uma etapa d) de soldagem das arestas de corte adjacentes umas as outra, de modo a obter um invólucro de proteção interna paralelepipédico de seção quadrada(1b), e uma etapa e) de colagem dos suportes de fixação (13) sobre duas faceslaterais de fixação (14a, 14b)opostas da bainha (fole) inflada e dobrada. de acordo com a invenção, o método compreende uma etapa f) de aplicação de uma força de tração sobre os suportes de fixação (13) para deformar por estiramento o invólucro de proteção interno paralelepipédico de seção quadrada, e obter um invólucro de proteção interna paralelepipédica retangular (1), uma etapa g) de soldagem dos bolsos laterais externos (17a, 17b), e uma etapa h) de corte dos bolsos laterais externos (17a, 17b), e uma etapa b) de montagem do invólucro de proteção interno de seção retangular (1) com o invólucro externo para formar o referido container flexível de grande capacidade.
